The role of strategic exploration in achieving organizational superiority An exploratory study in the Fallujah cement factory
Abstract
The research aims to diagnose the relationship and impact of strategic leadership on organizational excellence. The Fallujah Cement Plant was chosen as a field to test these relationships. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach in his research. Administrative leaders were chosen because they are a research community. The questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting data. The researcher used the applied purposive sampling method in collecting data. (140) questionnaires were distributed, the number of which were retrieved and suitable for analysis (125), with a response rate of (89%). Relying on statistical software (SPSS), the data was analyzed, and in light of the data analysis, a set of results were reached, the most important of which are: There is a correlation and impact of the independent variable (strategic leadership) with the dependent variable (organizational excellence). A set of recommendations have also been formulated, the most important of which is continuing to adopt the mechanisms and practices of strategic leadership in the Fallujah Cement Factory in terms of increasing interest in determining its strategic and future directions, developing human capital, benefiting from it, and encouraging An effective culture and the consolidation of ethical values and practices to enable it to achieve its desired goals, and the necessity of working to establish and spread the culture of organizational excellence among all employees in terms of interest in developing the capabilities and capabilities that are unique to the organization and providing goods and services that are characterized by modernity and creativity in order to build a positive mental image among its customers to achieve a leadership position in Work environment.
