Abstract

E-management is one of the most prominent outcomes of technological progress, as its emergence has contributed to a qualitative leap in business performance. The success of implementing e-management systems requires a set of requirements that the management must carefully consider, as they play a decisive role in achieving effectiveness in administrative processes. This research aims to identify the extent to which the requirements of e-management are available at the Northern Technical University (NTU), and the study's problem stemmed from the following question: Does the researched organization possess the components embodied in the application of e-management at all levels of formation in researched organization?

NTU was chosen as a field for the study. The researchers adopted the descriptive analytical approach and collecting data through survey forms for a sample of (deans, deputies, heads, and coordinators of departments), 267 subjects. The study adopted a hypothesis: (Lack of availability of requirements for applying e-management in the researched organizations). Conclusions indicating the high prevalence of these components among the managerial leadership in the organizations targeted for study. The recommendations that underscore the importance of possessing these components and striving to implement them by the leaders in order to achieve the objectives of the organizations.
