Small and Medium Enterprises Management: Configuration Challenges and Empowerment Rules
Abstract
The research includes four topics at the following: in the first part, it explains the different concepts and definitions of the enterprises, globally, regionally and local, and shows the most important features such as the ability to reduce unemployment geographical spread and low value of invested capital. The second topic deals with the most important challenges faced by these enter praises, such as lack of investments allocated to them and energy problems related to electricity and fuel in addition to the lack of a strategic vision for development and high production costs. In the third topic are the enabling rules such as the preparation of a strategic plan for development and advancement, as well as a plan for partnership with the rest of the industrial (sector projects and the mechanism for implementing these plans. In the fourth topics conclusions and recommendations, which are the most important of which is the need to create an independent national supreme body to support these enterprises, the council of ministers is followed by representatives of the private sector and businessmen to promote and develop them.
